Bobbie Hausfeld is the owner of Hausfeld's Salons and The Spa. Receiving her managing license in cosmetology from Washington Country Career Center in Marietta, OH in 1975, Bobbie is board certified as an Educator by the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology.

After spending several years as a hair designer, Bobbie purchased and operated her first salon in 1979. She purchased two 2 additional hair salons in the Marietta area just three short years later. Hausfeld relocated to the Dayton area as a booth rent designer from 1989-1992. In 1992, she created a vision, purchased an existing Salon, renamed it Hausfeld's, and the journey began.

Bobbie Hausfeld prides herself on giving back to the industry. She lends her time to several educational endeavors, including sitting on as an Advisory board Member for several local beauty colleges and working as a consultant to many new and existing salon and spa owners state wide. Realizing a need for further education both locally and nationally, Bobbie decided to open the Academy by Hausfeld's. It is the only Advanced Academy in the Dayton area that offers a full variety of training programs helping to elevate the stylists' craft. Hausfeld's academy will center on training and educating people in ALL aspects of a salon, which has never been done before under one roof. From cut to color to how to run a salon—this program's genesis will be based on Hausfeld's 36 successful years in the business. Her vision of offering a cutting-edge salon where clients are top priority is a reality. Selective hiring and elite training opportunities for staff have boosted Hausfeld's salons to celebrity status.
