Reservations: Appointments are recommended. We also recommend scheduling your next service prior to leaving to ensure the desired time. We offer services with male or female technicians. Unless a preference is stated, appointments will be scheduled with the first available technician. As a courtesy, email and phone confirmations are made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Multiple appointments will require a credit card to secure your reservation. Any journey scheduled within 48 hours at our facility will require a payment in full.

Arrival Time: Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled so that our next guest's appointment may start on time. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to all spa services so you may change into a spa robe and retreat to our Relaxation Room.

Cancellations: All journey cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointments or a cancellation fee for the entire amount of the journey will incur. Emergency cancellations are determined at management's discretion. Due to the demand of our facilities, if you need to cancel your appointment(s) we ask for a 24 hour advance notice so we can better accommodate our guests.

Gift Certificate: Gift certificates are transferable but are non-refundable. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of service. No cash value. No replacement if lost or stolen. Not valid past expiration date.

Personal Items: We regret that we cannot be responsible for damage or loss of personal articles. Robes, slippers, towels and shower facilities are available. Secured lockers are provided for your convenience.

Considerations: We request you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications you are taking as they may have adverse reactions or side effects to certain techniques or treatments.

Cell Phones: For the comfort of our guests, we ask that you refrain from bringing cell phones and pagers to all appointments as it may disturb the spa's atmosphere.

Children's Policy: We love children and do not like to see them refrain from their natural movements and freedom of expression. However, the Salon and Spa is not an environment appropriate for them. A curious child may disturb the atmosphere that is essential to the success of your service. For the comfort of our guests, we ask that you keep your child at home unless they have a scheduled appointment.

Pricing: All prices are minimum price charged and all services are a la carte. Prices will vary depending on the tier of the Designer/Technician, increased service time or product use. All prices are subject to change without notice. Some Salon/Spa services are subject to Ohio State Sales Tax.

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
